After reviewing the slides you can move to the next part and complete grammar and punctuation activites. Then, you need to write a cause and effect five paragraph essay based on the suggested topics in the "Your Mission" section.

 Grammar Station:

Activity 1

In each item, one verb must be changed so that it agrees in tense with the other verbs. Cross out the incorrect verb and write the correct form in the comment box and send it Privately to the instructor of the course.

Write a five paragraph essay about one of the following topics:

1. The good (or bad) effects of television on children.

2. The good (or bad) effects of computer on children.

3. The effects of being far from parents.

4. The causes of drug addiction.

5. Causes of automobile accidents.

If you forget the main parts and components of five paraph essay come backto lesson three and take a look at the covered issues' file or watch the recorded file. Don't forget to make comments for 5 of your peers in the course.

 After writing your essay, reread it and check it through the following checklist:

  Check for these features:

     a. Does paragraph have a topic sentence?

     b. Do all the sentences in the paragraph relate to one topic?

  Check for these errors. Using track changes features of Microsoft Office chooses them and write the letters in the parentheses in comment box.
